First Aid and CPR for Infants and Children
The hybrid online and in-person course combines flexible online learning with valuable handson skill practice with an instructor. It’s your course at your pace. Start online then schedule inperson training with an instructor. Practice lifesaving skills on specially-designed mannequins
until you feel confident.

PADI eLearning
Online training makes it easy to learn essential lifesaving skills. Watch videos on how to perform
CPR and first aid – online or offline using a computer or mobile device. Connect with your
instructor if you have questions.

Step 2
SINDBAD DIVE CLUB Instructor
Included training and gear rental.
Get hands-on experience providing CPR to newborns, infants and children using training
mannequins. Learn how to manage serious bleeding, a spinal injury, choking situations and
other common childhood emergencies. Practice your new skills in role-playing scenarios and
learn what your family should have in a first aid kit.
