Most diving at Sindbad Dive Club will be conducted by boat. I understand that there are certain hazards present on boats with regard to wet and slippery areas, ropes, anchors and more. I will take care on the boat to avoid these hazards and move around the boat with care.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

MAXIMUM DEPTH \u2013 30 METRES <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I understand that the maximum permitted depth for diving in this area is 30metres unless carrying out training dives within the Standards of my training agency. A 5m safety stop for 3 minutes is recommended at the end of each dive. I understand that I must wait 24 hours before flying after diving.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I agree to abide by the maximum operating depth and operating procedures laid down by my training organization. I will not exceed the maximum depth of 30m and will personally analyses my cylinders for use and complete the Sindbad Dive Club<\/strong> log sheets.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I understand that a dive pack whether pre-booked or booked locally includes 2 x 12ltr tanks and weights and 2 guided dives per day. Tanks other than 12ltr will be provided at an additional cost but cannot always be guaranteed. Diving equipment is not included in a diving package. Should a check dive or scuba review be required an additional payment will be required. Non-divers on the boat will incur an additional charge whether that person enters the water or not. Third dives, night dives, Pharaoh Island, (park fee) will incur additional charges. I understand that it is my responsibility to confirm the cost of these charges with dive center staff before making these dives.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

All cancellations are subject to a 35 JOD cancellation fee to cover administration and logistical costs.<\/p>

I further state that I am of lawful age and legally competent to sign this affirmation and release, or that I have acquired the written consent of my parents or guardians; that I understand the terms herein are contractual and not a mere recital; and I have signed this document of my own free will.<\/p>
